Instructions to applicants who are aspired to get admitted in schools recognized by WBCHSE in class XI for the session 2020-21 through online admission portal of Brainweb Info Solutions :-

Please read out the instructions carefully and thoroughly before get enlisted in this digital portal prepared exclusively for schools registered under West Bengal Council of Higher Education.

1. Applicant will get registered in the portal using their Madhyamik Roll Number / Registration Number & Date of Birth. It is hereby asked to correctly enter the data which once submitted can’t be changed in any way.
2. Applicants are advised to follow the tutorial video before using the service of this portal.
3. This portal will allow minimum eligibility criteria to applicants.
4. Applicants are advised to strictly follow the school notice & guidelines for admission in class XI before selection of subjects. Any discrepancies in data, erroneous entry or any information entered which is not complying with eligibility criteria of selected institution is the sole responsibility of the applicant.
5. Once submitted applicant will not be able to change/edit/delete any data from its end.
6. Applicant will receive a pdf copy of the filled-up form through its registered mail id and/or can download the same from dashboard.
7. Application fee along with online service charges once paid can’t be refunded. Acknowledgement of the same will be communicated to you through our secured payment gateway.
8. Applicants from other boards except WBBSE are advised to directly contact the school authority for their admission procedure.
9. Applicants are advised to regularly follow our website /dashboard to get updated about the status of his/her applications.
10. For Direct Admission applicants may get admitted to their preferred institution only after prior approval from the institution. Approval status and admission fees details will be available from dashboard and /or will be mailed /whatsapp to given contact details.
11. For Listed Admission applicants may be informed about the school merit list through its dashboard.
12. All admissions of students will be on provisional basis whereas the final admission and subject combinations will be the sole discretion of school authority subject to original document verification of applicants at school.
13. Applicants will have to produce the hard copy of their applications    (mailed/printouts available from dashboard) & all requisite testimonials in original along with guardian signature and attached photo at the point of final admission at school.
